Essarjee Sampada

Essarjee Sampada is a massive project of 564 Duplexes and 219 Flats, Plots and Shops spreading across an area of 22 acres which started in the year 2013. Project is located at a prime and green location of Khajuri Kalan, Bhopal Bypass Road which is well connected with 80 feet wide master plan road. Amenities provided in the colony include Overhead Water Tank, Huge 1 acre Central Park, In house 33X11 KV Electrical Substation for uninterrupted power supply, Fire Fighting System, Dual Plumbing in duplexes, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Club House, Cement Concrete Roads, Jogging Track, Children Play Area, Bus Stop, 24X7 CCTV Surveillance and many more.
